We have a very simple process for getting your wig. Our goal is to get you looking and feeling great with zero hassles. Follow this 3 step process to get your wig as soon as possible.
Step 1: Schedule Your Free Consult
Complete and submit the Request Form on this page. A representative will contact you as soon as possible with available consultation dates.

Step 2: Let’s Talk Wigs!
Browse our wig collection. If you notice a style you are interested in, please add that Item # in the Additional Comments or Information section when requesting a wig through our Request a Wig contact form so we can make sure we have one ready for when you come in for your consultation.

Step 3: Get Your Wig On
Once we get your wig chosen and in stock, our pros will properly fit your wig and style it to bring our your natural beauty all free of charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive my wig the same day as my consultation?
If your hair loss has begun and you are ready to wear the wig at this time, you may leave the salon with it, if it is in stock. In order to serve as many women as possible, we are limited to giving one wig per guest.
Can I wear the wig on top of my natural hair?
We always recommend shaving any remaining hair before wearing your wig. We like to make this an uplifting experience for our guests; with that being said not only are you ensuring the wig will fit properly, you are taking control by doing this!
How do I pick a wig?
At the time of your consultation appointment, we ask that you bring a photo of yourself before the start of your hair loss, or a photo of what you would like your wig to look like. Leave the rest up to us and we will be sure to find the perfect wig for you!
This is also a great time to try on new colors or new styles for a completely New You!
How much does it cost?
Receiving a wig and styling from any Visible Changes salon’s is completely free!
When is the best time to schedule a consultation or reservation?
We are happy to be of service at any time, however, we recommend Monday through Thursday to give you the best possible service.
